It all started with some funny TikTok videos in 2021, speaking our minds to those tough customers. Turns out, there's a bunch of people struggling on the phones or face-to-face with difficult customers all over the world. I identified a need and I knew I had to do something; so, I created The Customer Service Academy – a coaching program where I connect virtually with anyone looking to step up their customer service game. Originally, I wanted to help out call centers, but then it hit me – every industry has customers, and every employee should have the tools for a respectful, professional interaction.
